MCS - Multiple Chemical Sensitivity

MCS. What? MCS: Multiple Chemical Sensitivity. What? Do people make this stuff up? Is there some doctor out there that sits in an office in front of a stack of files of undiagnosed symptoms and he just comes up with something? Who ever heard of this? Do you know people actually have the nerve to go door to door to their neighbors with a letter asking them not to use dryer sheets or grill on a charcoal grill! or use a gas powered law mower or leaf blower or wear perfume when around them? Now I have nerve on occasion, but that takes the cake. I may be ignorant to some of the 'smelly' things in life, and I am not saying that there aren't too many chemicals and toxins in the air. But come on. When a dryer vent releases the smell from the dryer sheet into the air, it probably dissipates enough that the 'toxins' aren't so toxic and I'm sure you won't drop over dead. There is another lady that wrote that she faints when she smells new carpet. The sad thing is, this is reflecting on their kids, too. When someone lights a charcoal grill, they run in the house for cover. They keep the house closed up because someone close by uses a crop duster to spray the fields. Now that I could understand, but dryer sheets? Maybe they should concentrate on the companies that are puffing toxins into the air that actually effect millions of people instead of the dryer sheet in your neighbors dryer that effects only 1 household. I say if the neighbors lawn mower, charcoal grill and dryer sheets bother you, sit on the other side of the house. How MCS may be effecting your kid...it isn't from the MCS, it's from people that write letters like this! Check out the link below.

I wrote this intel because some things I come across on the internet are ridiculous to say the least. Stupid un-important, petty things make me angry and I would like other people to know about it!
