You can double or triple the recipe depending on how much you need, as long as it's equal parts of each ingredient. Let the cream cheese soften to room temperature. Place in a mixing bowl and beat until creamy. Add marshmallow creme and mix again until creamy and smooth. Add food coloring if desired to add a little pizazz! If you don't know about this wonderful summer dessert, you are missing out on a wonderful treat. It is fabulous for most any kind of fruit but best on cantelope, honeydew and strawberries. Slice up whatever fruit you want in bite size pieces. Arrange on a platter or other serving tray. Place the fruit dip in a separate container in the center of the tray and dip away.
